Refund Policy

Due to the intimate, digital, and personal nature of the content, services, and items provided, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to:

• Digital Content: All videos, photos, live shows, and custom content purchases are non-refundable once delivered. This content is highly personalized and immediate, making it impossible to offer returns or refunds.

• Services: Membership fees (VIP or otherwise), live cam show bookings, and any other interactive services are non-refundable. Once a service has been accessed or initiated, no cancellations or refunds can be made.

• Physical Items: Due to the personal nature of items like worn panties or other merchandise, these sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded after purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• If you have been mistakenly charged more than once for a single purchase.

• In cases of technical error preventing you from accessing the content you paid for, provided this is reported within 48 hours of purchase.
